ElitePath Terms and Conditions

1. User Eligibility & Platform Usage

• Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old to enroll in any course unless otherwise specified.
• Permitted Use: The platform is intended for personal learning purposes only.
• Behavioral Expectations: Learners must respect instructors, peers, and support staff at all times.
• Prohibited Conduct: Any form of Plagiarism, cheating, unauthorized access, or content sharing is strictly prohibited.

2. Course Access & Usage

• Single User License: Each account is intended for individual use only; sharing credentials is not allowed.
• Course Access Duration: Course access is valid for 6 months from the date of enrollment. Participants must complete all required assessments within this period to be eligible for the Professional Certificate. Once issued, the Professional Certificate does not expire; however, access to course content ends once the enrollment period expires
• Certificates: A professional certificate is awarded only upon successful completion of all required assessments within the access period. Enrollment does not guarantee a certificate.
• Re-enrollment: Learners are granted access to each course for the duration specified in these Terms and Conditions. Should a learner wish to access the course again after this period has ended, they are required to re-enroll. Re-enrollment will be subject to the course fees in effect at the time of re-enrollment.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• All course materials (videos, notes, assignments, assessments) are the exclusive property of ElitePath.
• Reproduction, resale, or redistribution of content is strictly prohibited unless prior written permission is granted. Violations may result in legal action under international intellectual property law.
• ElitePath is not liable for any infringement of copyrights or intellectual property that may appear in the content prepared by instructors. In such cases, the responsibility lies solely with the respective instructor who created or submitted the content.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

• Payment: All payments are processed securely and are subject to applicable taxes and third-party payment processor policies.
• Refund Eligibility:
  • Refunds are only granted if no part of the course content has been accessed.
  • Once any content is viewed (even partially), the course becomes non-refundable.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of enrollment.

5. Course Updates & Quality Assurance

ElitePath may update or revise course materials over time to maintain quality and relevance. Course completion does not guarantee specific outcomes such as job placement or promotion.

6. Termination of Access

ElitePath reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Engaging in illegal or fraudulent activity
• Abuse of refund policy or unauthorized content sharing

7. Privacy Policy

ElitePath is committed to safeguarding your privacy. We collect only the data necessary to deliver our services, including:

• Your name, email, course activity, and payment information.

We do not sell your personal data. Your information may be shared only with:

• Trusted service providers (e.g., payment processors, email platforms), under strict confidentiality agreements
• Legal authorities, if required by law

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Deliver course content and certificates
• Provide technical support
• Inform you of course updates or new offerings (you may opt out anytime)

ElitePath is not responsible for any personal data voluntarily disclosed by learners in public discussion forums, social media, or other third-party platforms linked to our services.

8. Liability Disclaimer

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
